Tonto Dikeh, Eniola Badmus, Gyt, Others Weeps Over T.B. Joshua’s Demise, Says ‘None Like Him’

Following the announcement of the demise of popular Nigerian Pastor, Temitope Balogun Joshua better known as T.B. Joshua, millions of his followers the world over have been weeping, shedding tears even as they express their condolences about the late famous clergyman. Celebrities in Nigeria wouldn’t keep quiet as they’ve since taken to their Instagram and Facebook handles alike to tell the world how much they’ll miss him.

A few hours after his death, Saturday, June 5, 2021, Pokovirtuousblog learnt that the Church took to its official Facebook page [T.B Joshua Ministries] to announce that he has passed away – stating that he died after a program he held ‘Emmanuel TV Partners Meeting’, adding that this is what he was born for, lived for and died for.

“PROPHET TB JOSHUA – JUNE 12th 1963 to JUNE 5th 2021.

“Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.” – Amos 3:7
On Saturday 5th June 2021, Prophet TB Joshua spoke during the Emmanuel TV Partners Meeting: “Time for everything – time to come here for prayer and time to return home after the service.”

“God has taken His servant Prophet TB Joshua home – as it should be by divine will. His last moments on earth were spent in the service of God. This is what he was born for, lived for and died for.
As Prophet TB Joshua says, “The greatest way to use life is to spend it on something that will outlive it”.

“Prophet TB Joshua leaves a legacy of service and sacrifice to God’s Kingdom that is living for generations yet unborn.
The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations and Emmanuel TV Family appreciate your love, prayers and concern at this time and request a time of privacy for the family.

Taking to her Instagram handle in the wee hours of Sunday, Nollywood Actress and Humanitarian, Tonto Charity Dikeh expressed doubt over the news, weeps and prays to hear a story that would confound what she read.

“Am gonno wakeup tomorrow and hear that MY FATHER LIVES RIGHT??
Right???
PAPA PAPA WHERE ARE YOU?
I will call you in the morning please pick up Daddy”.

Multi-award winning Nigerian Entertainer and Social Media Influencer, Eniola Badmus, bidding the late renowned Prophet farewell to her over 2.7 million Instagram followers, the 43-year-old Actress wrote thus, ‘Rest on papa @tbjoshua’.

Similarly, Nigerian Socialite cum Entrepreneur, Gospel Young Tiko better known as Gyt in a series of posts on his social media handles yesterday, lamented over the death of the internationally acclaimed Televangelist, describing his demise as ‘hard to believe’, adding that there is none like him in Nigeria.

“I will forever miss you my prophet. Your type no dey Nigeria. A man that touched lives. God, this one hard to believe – this is painful and hard to believe”

Meanwhile other non-celebrities have since taken to their social media handles as well to write series of condolence messages for the late Pastor. From expressing grief to saying just live and wait for the day death asks you to leave this terrestrial planet called Earth, here’s what people are saying on social media:

Pokovirtuousblog learnt that late Temitope Balogun Joshua, a native of Arigidi Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria, is the Founder of The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN). The Charismatic Pastor, Televangelist cum Philanthropist who was listed as the third richest pastor in Nigeria according to Forbes in 2011, is married to Evelyn Joshua and had three children.
